Heart of the Forest Pressed Oil Balm

2 oz in a beautiful olive green glass jar with wooden lid. Each jar includes a green jade crystal heart to scoop out the pressed body oil.
 
In the Frosted Forest, the folk of the forest Heartland have a tradition every winter. They find the prettiest evergreen tree in the forest, and they decorate it with all different kinds of trinkets and ornaments. But at the very top is where the most precious symbol was placed, a heart.
 
This wasn't just any old heart, it was the Heart of the Forest. Every year, throughout the year, the folks and creatures alike, would press or dry bunches of daisies and lilac's, velvety clary sage leaves, spring time flowers, apple blossoms, glossy summer leaves, acorns, pretty autumn leaves, pinecones, rosehips, holly berries, ghost pipe flowers, mushrooms, moss, and anything else they found pretty or fitting, to contribute to the Heart of the Forest.
 
When Winter set in, and the only green were the evergreens amongst the mountains of snow, snowflake blanketed fields, and ponds and lakes glassed in ice, the townsfolk would gather around their chosen Winter tree, and create the Heart of the Forest. They'd weave vines and branches into a hollow heart, bare and empty to start. Then from the oldest elves and fae, to the smallest fairy and sprite, they'd each place and attach their chosen dried plant, cone, flower, branch, seed, leaf or bough onto the the heart shaped frame, until it was full of the treasures of the forest.
 
Once each and every creature, big or small, had contributed their part, the sun just set, the moon high in the sky, they'd all form a circle and hold hands, as a chosen group of young fairies and sprites took flight, to bring the heart to the very top of the tree. With the Heart of the Forest placed upon the tree's top, bonfires on the ready around the magnificent tree were lit, lighting up the night, and the beautiful Heart of the Forest. They all cheered and celebrated, as they admired their creation under the soft glow of the bonfires, marveling at the Heart of the Forest on top of my most magnificent tree in the forest.
 
 
My handcrafted, aged Clary Sage Flower Absolute, created in the Summer of 2019, is paired with our Artisan Co-distillation of Balsam Fir, Grand Fir, and Virginia Cedarwood. The Clary Sage Flower Absolute is divine! The two years it has been tucked away has allowed it to become a beautiful crystally beige green color, and its scent is far sweeter, the herbaceous notes have fluttered away in the aging process, leaving behind a unique floral musk. Paired with the conifer co-distillation of Balsam Fir, Grand Fir, and Virginia Cedarwood, it's perfect. An ethereal extraction of Royal Green Frankincense B. Sacra, conjures images of emerald green heart shaped jewels, and adds lovely resinous Amber notes. Liquid gold Balsam Fir Resin is added not only for it's lovely skin properties, but also for it's evergreen scent . The final touch is the sweetest Lavender Flower Absolute I created this Summer. I've added the extrait to a soft, delectable, creamy, buttery solid base created with Chia Seed Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Raw Bayberry Wax. The Bayberry Wax smells delicious, like evergreen and honey.
