Pitys Perfume (Liquid or Solid)

Pitys, The Forest Nymph of the Conifer Trees, the Queen of Evergreen. The virgin nymph had striking beauty beyond compare, which intoxicated the Gods. She drew in the North wind, Boreas, who became drunk with love. But it was lust for the woodland satyr Pan, that made her tingle between her thighs. When Boreas found out it was Pan that Pitys wanted, she was picked up by the wind, and thrown against the nearby rocks. Boreas took pity on her and revenge on Pan, and turned her into a Pine Tree. Forever there for Pan to admire. Her chasity remains intact, and she forever cries tear drops from her twigs and cones, and her needles sway in the wind. 

The perfume extrait is composed of my own handmade extracts.
Handcrafted absolutes and resinoids of pine, grand fir, juniper, spruce, cedarwood, rosemary, labrador tea, hawaiian sandalwood, agarwood, sweet incense tree, frankincense, labdanum, my own co distillation of balsam fir needles/resin and juniper (virginia cedarwood), and a distillation of green and purple shiso. The opening is like air and wind, herbal and cool, then melds into a jammy conifer middle, and finally warms to a woody oriental amber.

Pitys, my conifer nymph. She has a sad story and past, but she triumphs as the most intriguing scent of the forest, and without her the forest just wouldn't smell the same. Her resinous, sweet boughs sway in the North wind, and her musky cones drip tears of joyous sorrow. She is the first thing that my nose catches when I enter our deeply alive old hollow forest. And her needle beds are the last thing my feet touch when I enter back into the meadow. When I roam the forest her branches brush against my skin, letting me know she is there. Her succulent saps covering my fingertips most of the time, and my satchel housing the drips and drops she's left for me. When the Moon is at it's brightest, it is her I see in the sky line, as if watching a glorious moonlit show. Her perfume is ozonic, clear, fresh, clean, and smooth; an icy blast followed by a sweet, jammy amber, and is as green as her emerald eyes.

Pitys is the scent song of the Conifer Forest Nymph. Resins, saps and boughs. It is akin to snapping off a twig or tip of your favorite conifer, and crushing the sweet scented needles between your fingertips. It wraps itself around you like a blanket of forest! You'll wonder, how did she get the forest into this bottle?
