"Aribella...... Aribella?" Nymphae called out as she knocked on the wooden door, Aribella's foot prints in the snow indicating she'd left, but was now home.
The door creaked open and there was Aribella's beautiful face peeking out from her head of strawberry blonde curls, Nymph of the golden flowers, the ones that drip with resins and are plump with oily seeds, marigolds, sunflowers, chrysanthemum and the like.
"Hello Nymphae, do come in from the cold and join me by my hearth." Aribella held the door open inviting her in, and continued once both were seated by the fireplace, "Why what brings you to the Frosted Forest? Are you here for a short Winter stay like myself?"
"Why I am, and I've found that I've left my dried marigolds at home, and was hoping you could lend me some, please?" Nymphae asked in her sweetest tone.
"I can do you one better, I have plenty of marigolds, and also can share a bit of gorgeous labdanum resin with you!" Aribella said gleefully as she pulled two jars from her storage cabinet.
"I knew you could help! And I have something special I've brought for you!" Nymphae said as she pulled a small corked clay jar from her pocket.
"Is it what I think it is?" Aribella said as Nymphae handed her the jar. She pulled the cork from it and took a big whiff, "Jasmine Butter!" She said while jumping up and down with happiness, "Nymphae, I'm going to have to make a batch of my famous Body Pudding right now!"
Aribella's Body Pudding is a smooth emulsified body butter, and is the texture of silky, thick pudding. It's non-greasy and absorbs immediately. It is infused with my handcrafted extractions of Jasmine, Labdanum, and Marigold, and the scent is very lovely, floral and resinous. A sourced, natural amber extraction, created specifically for skincare, is added for it's rich succinic acid content, a powerful antioxidant, known to reverse aging by detoxifying skin, repairing cells, and promoting a healthy skin barrier. Succinic acid has also been shown to penetrate deeply, soothing inflammation, and providing pain relief. A blend of natural plant gums gives the formula it's gorgeous pudding texture and cushiony skin feel while also imparting the benefit of preventing transdermal water loss from the skin, which helps to keep the skin hydrated, and plump.
Like a basket of lovely, healing flowers, twirled together with ancient labdanum resin, then turned into a lucsious pudding for the skin.
