Electra Liquid Perfume
Electra, Nymph of Amber Lightning, she is the one who lights up the night sky when the summer air is hot and sticky, and darkened clouds collide. Flashes of electric purple and gold make the rain drops sparkle like tears of golden tree sap. Her voltaic whip harnesses the thunder to grind her spice and resin. Hands of flames, stretch from the clouds and dip into the deep aqua sea, gathering precious amber that bobs along the frothy waves. Glossy eyes of golden hazel peek out from behind the sun-lit moon, watching spirals of prayers carried by incense smoke and mortal made fires. Wanton and wayward; the trees gladly give up their swollen resin tears, squeezing themselves dry of sap droplets for fear of being split down their middles. She still collects the fossilized remains of her past mistakes, striking down what did not please her. The sultry widowmaker spins her darkened web unseeded desires into an electrified river of Amber. Everything amber is hers after all. You see, for her, all that glitters is....... amber.
A parade of Amber aromatics; ambergris, sweet incense tree, fir resin, styrax, peru balsam, tolu balsam, pine resin, spruce resin, frankincense, myrrh, poplar buds, labdanum, tonka, orris root, juniper berries, vanilla, agarwood, whole honeycomb tinctured together in high proof organic food grade alcohol, for over a year, the alcohol removed, and an absolute/resinoid created. This is plunked into lucsious golden jojoba oil and blended with my own kyphi incense accord, winter jasmine(j.polyanthum) enfleurage extrait, and saffron attar, anchored with a very fine fossilized amber. This is the type of amber a nymph keeps in a gilded cream white clay pot on the top branch, reserved for most sensual of times. A deep dark amber perfume.
Ingredients: Handcrafted Botanical Extracts, Absolutes, Distillations, Waxes, Concretes, Resinoids, Tinctures, and Enfleurages. Liquid Perfumes are in a base of Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba oil, and Solid Perfumes are based in Organic Plant Butters and Organic Raw Beeswax from our honey bee hives.
Packaging Details and Shelf Life
Full size liquid perfumes are packaged in thick walled glass roller bottles. Full size solid perfumes are packaged in low profile french glass jars. Mini liquid 2ml and 3ml sizes are packaged in green glass roller bottles. Liquid 1ml sample sizes are packaged in glass sample vials, and 1ml solid sample sizes are packaged in plastic cosmetic lacon sample containers. Shelf life is 2 years from Date of Purchase.
Orders are nestled in forest and garden botanicals we collect and dry, inside a pretty green box made of recycled materials. Tied with green and white gold threaded cord, and topped with a gold charm. Wrapped in tissue paper with special paper sticker for easy recycling. All orders come with Jade Forest Co. logo artwork card in gold envelope with green wax seal stamped with our tree sigil emblem. Card can be personalized with your own message.
