After admiring her tendrils of vining pink winter jasmine, created by a spell Jasmina developed just for her friends in the Frosted Forest, she climbed the nearest tree, as her plan was not complete just yet. The tree she sat in was just not any tree. Jasmina whispered into an old knot on the tree, and the tree giggled, for it was the Frosted Forest Nymph in disguise. The Frosted Forest Nymph, being the most powerful and ancient of all the Nymphs, did not need to transform in order to perform her magic. She called on the Nephelai in the Winter sky, and they ushered in mountains of pillowy clouds, blue with snow.
For the second time that evening, Jasmina snapped her fingers, turning the snow-filled clouds pink. Moments later, snow began to fall, but not just any snow, snowflakes made of fragrant jasmine petals, began to build on the forest floor.
The fairies, sprites, fae, nymphs, gnomes, and elves began to open their doors, pull back their curtains, and peer out their windows. Before long a crowd had gathered around the magnificent display of fragrant blossoming jasmine vines, and the wee ones played in the snowflake flowers that had begun to accumulate. The townsfolk we're so happy to be reveling in the beautiful jasmine snowflakes, and marveled at the pretty flowers dressing the snow covered forest.
Jasmina remained hidden amongst the branches of the Frosted Forest Nymph, and together they watched as the creatures of the Frosted Forest enjoyed their Winter surprise.......
