Maple Syrup Sugar created from Maple sap tapped from our sugar maples. We process the maple sap into syrup, and then into sugar. Absolutely delicious as a sugar substitute, especially in a cup of our Jade Forest Chai Tea! .I love to rub it on meats before roasting, or a dash in my smoothie. It takes curry sauces to the next level, and sprinkled over overnight oats and oatmeal, pure yumminess! I also use Maple Sugar in my handcrafted Maple Wine Vinegars, and it adds that special something. 8 ounces in a food-grade, quality resealable bag.
