"It's Fall time finally!" Posey the Autumn Nymph said to her older sister Primrose. "I know! I'm so excited! I can't wait to eat stuffed pumpkins and apple pies! But first sister, we must create our Autumn Skin Food to keep our skin youthful, soft and supple," said Primrose in an older sister kinda way.
The two sisters began collecting their Autumn bounty to create their elixir; they chose Goldenrod and Queens Anne's Lace, to fade away Summer's sun spots, and Sweet Annie Artemisia, to keep their pores clean and tight, and finally golden Yarrow and the type of Chamomile with the very large flower heads, to keep redness at bay, and soothe skin afflictions. The Nymphs harvested golden, green, and red Apples as they ran through the orchards like children, climbing the trees, and tossing apples into each other's baskets. They love to add the apples, the lovely juices make their skin glow radiant by shedding the old skin
 
The Nymphs picked pumpkin and berries, ate their nourishing pulps, and made antioxidant and vitamin rich oils from their hearty seeds. Then they prepared, extracted, and distilled their harvest. They coaxed the ingredients together, laughing and singing as they combined natures medicine to create a cream of splendor.
 
Posey slathered the silky, fragrant cool cream across her flustered, wind burn skin. "Ahhhh instant relief!" She smiled to her sister. Primrose followed suit, dabbing extra under her eyes,"Yes Posey, you are right, the magic penetrates immediately and deeply. Let us thank the plants that have graced us with their medicine, so we may bask in their glory. Let's prepare the Autumn Feast!" Primrose said with passion. "I'll get the cornucopia and the baskets Primrose!" Posey said joyfully as she skipped away to begin the next leg if their Autumn harvest.
