Seven Sisters
This seasons final distillation we did during the very last days of summer, is what I call our Seven Sisters; 7 varieties of Artemisia co-distilled into one gorgeous essential oil and it's hydrosol counterpart. The essential oil can be found in the top and middle notes of Echo, the strange nymph that she is. You see it is perfectly fitting as she is one of Artemis's Forest Nymphs. And the name Seven Sisters is no coincidence, Artemis had Seven Sister nymphs, her companions, within her band of nymphs.
When I created the accord for Echo, I diluted the Artemisia Seven Sisters essential oil to perfume strength in my perfume base of choice, organic jojoba oil. Being the potent potion she is, I had a small amount left over. This year's distillation is exceptional. A perfume by itself. I bottled the precious elixir into my 2ml and 3ml Jade Forest Minis, little authentic green glass roller bottles capped with gold. The Seven Sisters smell like divine goddesses of sweet herbal musk. Perfect for any craft work where Artemis is called upon or honored. I enjoy rolling a small amount on my wrists before bed, as it is known to stimulate and enhance dreams, which I can definitely agree with! I've had some pretty wild dream adventures with the assistance of Artemisia.
This Perfume oil is not meant for skincare, as it is diluted to perfume strength, and I personally do not use or recommend essential oils for skincare.
Packaging Details and Shelf Life
Full size liquid perfumes are packaged in thick walled glass roller bottles. Full size solid perfumes are packaged in low profile french glass jars. Mini liquid 2ml and 3ml sizes are packaged in green glass roller bottles. Liquid 1ml sample sizes are packaged in glass sample vials, and 1ml solid sample sizes are packaged in plastic cosmetic lacon sample containers. Shelf life is 2 years from Date of Purchase.
Orders are nestled in forest and garden botanicals we collect and dry, inside a pretty green box made of recycled materials. Tied with green and white gold threaded cord, and topped with a gold charm. Wrapped in tissue paper with special paper sticker for easy recycling. All orders come with Jade Forest Co. logo artwork card in gold envelope with green wax seal stamped with our tree sigil emblem. Card can be personalized with your own message.
